Juniper Hill will no doubt attract keen interest among investors. The location is popular with expats and is a short distance away from the city. Most of the 115 units up for grabs are smaller 2-bedders, which also potentially have higher rental yields. In terms of location, the freehold condo is located at a much quieter area along Ewe Boon Road, which is further inside and away from busy arterial Bukit Timah Road. Besides being located at a prime district, Juniper Hill is also minutes away from amenities. Key highlights include its close proximity to expat havens, business districts, nature and popular local schools.
Food Enclaves: Fast food options (MacDonald’s and Subway) are just a 13-min walk away at service housing Alocassia Apartments just down the road. Or you can walk down to Balmoral Plaza for restaurant and café fare. For local hawker options, drive further out to Newton Food Centre (5-min drive) and Adam Road Food Centre (6-min drive).

Transportation: It takes 15 minutes to reach Stevens MRT, which is the nearest MRT station from the condo. Stevens is along the Downtown and future Thomson-East Coast Lines, and is just one stop away from the North-South and Circle Lines. The station is also just three stops away from the heart of Orchard Road and seven stops away from the CBD.
The bus stops along Bukit Timah Road and Dunearn Road (the latter can be reached by crossing over an overhead bridge) go to areas like Woodlands (where the Causeway is) as well as business centres like Jurong East, Buona Vista, Shenton Way and Raffles Boulevard.
Schools: There are quite a number of popular local schools in the area, which is a boon if you’re thinking of renting out to local families. The primary schools within walking distance are Singapore Chinese Girls’ Primary School and Anglo-Chinese School (Primary), which are a 13- and 15-min walk away respectively.
Primary schools that are a short driving distance away include Saint Joseph Institution (Junior), Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) and Nanyang Primary School, all of which require a 6-min drive.
With secondary schools, there are Singapore Chinese Girls’ School and Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road) within a short walking distance of 13 and 18 minutes respectively. Within driving distance are Saint Joseph Institution (3-min drive), Raffles Girls’ School (Secondary) (4-min drive) and St Margaret’s Secondary School (5-min drive).
The nearest international schools are a short driving distance away. There is Chatsworth International School (Orchard Campus) and Hwa Chong International School, both of which take less than 10 minutes to reach by car.

2-Bedroom (Type B1b)
Size: 581 sqft
This 2-bedroom layout is the smallest available. The communal spaces along with the kitchen is done up in an open concept and aligned in a linear fashion to make the most of the space. There is only one bathroom that is shared between both the bedrooms.
2-Bedroom (Type B3)
Size: 624 sqft
In this layout, there’s a little bit more privacy between the two bedrooms as they are located at the opposite ends, with the living room situated in the middle of the apartment. The kitchen is also sequestered into a corner rather than laid out in an open plan.
2-Bedroom Premium (Type B5P)
Size: 700 sqft
The premium 2-bedders come with two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite for the master bedroom. This layout also shows a bit more kitchen space with more countertop room compared to the 2-Bedroom layouts.
3-Bedroom (Type C1)
